Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Tow Truck Driver to provide roadside assistance and vehicle towing services. The ideal candidate will have excellent driving skills, strong customer-service abilities, and the ability to work independently in a variety of weather and traffic conditions. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to towing and roadside assistance calls. Safely operate tow trucks and related equipment. Tow, recover, and transport vehicles to designated locations. Perform roadside services such as jump-starts, tire changes, lockouts, and fuel delivery when required. Inspect vehicles and towing equipment before and after each service. Properly secure vehicles and ensure safe transportation. Complete service records, invoices, and required documentation. Communicate professionally with customers, dispatchers, law enforcement, and other personnel. Follow all company safety procedures and applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Maintain a clean, organized, and properly equipped tow truck. Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as needed.
