Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable Lowboy Driver/Dump Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in truck driving and hauling equipment with a lowboy. Candidate must possess a strong commitment to safety and efficiency. This role involves transporting materials and equipment to and from job sites, and residential homes, ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies. Must be able to load equipment, chain down and deliver/drop off equipment at designated job sites. Responsibilities Operate dump trucks safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations. Run and load equipment onto lowboy trailer and chain all equipment down. Deliver materials, including dirt, gravel, and other aggregates while collecting payment. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance. Navigate routes effectively to ensure timely delivery of materials. Ensure the cleanliness of the truck both inside and out. Qualifications Valid commercial driver's license (CDL Class A) with a clean driving record. Experience driving dump trucks and Lowboys; must be familiar with manual transmission. Proven experience as a delivery driver or in commercial driving roles. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. Must be able to lift heavy loads (up to 50 pounds) and climb in to beds of trucks is a requirement, chain down equipment, climb into heavy machinery.
