Loves, Pilot, TA, and Flying J. It will be assigned with the driver's dispatch on Qualcomm. We use all chains but assignment is based on the most cost efficient in route. Orientation Less than 4 hours at the terminal 90% of orientation can be completed online Drivers are given a load and sent out the same day as orientation $80 orientation pay (paid on 1st paycheck) Direct Deposit Team Drivers East Coast to West Coast Home every weekend or out 4-5 days, then home for 2 Average
