Responsibilities:

Confirm doctors' appointments for residents and make necessary arrangements Provide actual transportation to appointments, community events, and other activities as needed Ensure the vehicle is safely supplied prior to the start of the trip Perform clerical tasks, including processing administrative transfers and discharges

Requirements:

Valid State Driver's License with no more than three (3) entries; counting accidents, moving violations, and failures to appear Ability to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents while on transportation
