CDL Dump Truck Driver Job Overview United Trucking Solutions is seeking a dependable, safety-focused, and experienced CDL Dump Truck Driver to join our growing team. The driver will be responsible for transporting construction materials to and from job sites while ensuring the safe and efficient operation of dump trucks. This position is essential to maintaining daily hauling operations and delivering excellent service to customers and contractors. Key Responsibilities Safely operate dump trucks on local routes Transport dirt, stone, gravel, asphalt, sand, debris, and other construction materials Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of dump trucks Load and unload materials safely and efficiently Ensure all loads are properly secured and compliant with DOT regulations Complete delivery tickets, inspection reports, and required documentation accurately Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and customers Follow all company safety procedures and transportation regulations Report maintenance or mechanical concerns promptly Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned dump truck equipment Qualifications Valid CDL License required (Class A or Class B) Clean driving record required Previous dump truck driving experience preferred Knowledge of DOT regulations and construction site safety practices Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Good communication and time management skills Preferred Experience Experience with: Tri-axle dump trucks Tandem dump trucks Construction hauling operations Local hauling routes Physical Requirements Ability to safely climb in and out of dump trucks Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally Ability to sit for extended periods while driving Ability to work in outdoor and construction environments Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Local routes — home daily Yearly bonus opportunities Full-time stable employment Supportive team environment
