Job Description
We seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Yard Jockey / Shuttle Driver for a consistent, local assignment in Jacksonville, NC . This daily position requires working 5 hours per day, 7 days a week , making it an ideal opportunity for drivers looking for steady, predictable local work without long-distance travel. Primary responsibilities include safely moving, positioning, and parking 53-foot commercial trailers within the yard, managing lot organization, and ensuring clear communication with dispatch and terminal staff. Candidates must possess a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL), a clean driving record, and previous experience operating yard mules or heavy-duty tractor-trailers in the yard.
