Drivers can expect $160 to $200+ per day. We are seeking highly motivated drivers to be part of our growing team. Applicants must be able to work weekends. Dispatching from terminal location in Lincolnton NC, delivery area from Shelby to Vale NC. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Follow through and deliver all packages safely Complete all pick-ups assigned to route within the scheduled time frame Deliver and scan every package according to proper procedure Meet and greet customers in a positive manner Safely operate box trucks and step vans (No CDL Required) Communicate promptly and effectively with management on time critical issues

Important Characteristic:

Speak, read and write English fluently (must meet Federal DOT requirements for communication with law enforcement)

SUPPLEMENTAL PAY

Various seasonal/safety bonuses SALARY $140/day base pay, $1.00 per stop after 100 stop threshold. (In Town routes) $140/day base pay, $1.25 per stop after 85 stop threshold. (Suburban routes) $140/day base pay, $1.65 per stop after 60 stop threshold. (Rural routes) Salary example: 128 stop Suburban route completed, $140.00 + $53.75 = $193.75 gross daily pay

Requirements:

21 Years Old CDL NOT required Hold a current, or pass DOT physical exam Pass pre-employment drug screening Pass criminal background check Pass Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check Pass Background
