Cambridge Hills Assisted Living is seeking a dependable, compassionate, and customer-focused Full-Time Transportation Driver to join our team. This position offers more than just driving—you'll have the opportunity to brighten our residents' days by providing safe transportation, assisting with engaging activities, and creating meaningful connections with residents and their families. Responsibilities Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, community outings, and scheduled field trips. Assist residents with entering and exiting the vehicle while ensuring their comfort and safety. Help coordinate and participate in resident activities and special events. Interact professionally and compassionately with residents, families, healthcare providers, and staff. Ensure the community vehicle is clean, fueled, and maintained according to company standards. Report any vehicle maintenance concerns or resident issues promptly. Promote a positive, welcoming, and engaging environment for our residents. Assist with other resident support and community needs as assigned. Qualifications Valid North Carolina driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to safely operate a passenger van. Friendly, patient, and compassionate personality. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to assist residents with mobility as needed.
