Responsibilities Safely operate tow trucks, including flatbed and mechanical recovery vehicles, to perform vehicle recoveries and towing services. Conduct vehicle load & unload procedures ensuring cargo is secured according to cargo securement protocols. Execute safe vehicle loading onto tow trucks, adhering to safety guidelines and industry best practices. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients during roadside assistance or recovery situations. Manage conflict professionally when addressing customer concerns or on-site issues, ensuring positive resolutions. Follow all safety procedures related to vehicle mechanics for truck drivers and cargo securement protocols during every job. Qualifications Valid commercial driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial truck driving preferred. Mechanical knowledge of vehicles, including manual transmissions and car towing techniques. Familiarity with flatbed tow trucks and vehicle recovery towing operations. Ability to troubleshoot basic vehicle issues quickly and accurately using automotive diagnostics tools. Strong understanding of safe vehicle loading onto tow trucks and cargo securement protocols.
