Join One of the Fastest Growing Seed Companies in the Southeast Scout Seed Company is looking for a professional CDL Class A Delivery Driver to become part of our growing team. This position is much more than simply hauling seed—we're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships with farmers, represents our company professionally, and takes pride in providing outstanding customer service.

If you enjoy agriculture, like interacting with customers, and want plenty of hours with overtime opportunities, we'd love to talk with you. Responsibilities Safely operate a tractor-trailer to deliver seed throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. Load, secure, and unload seed deliveries safely and efficiently. Interact professionally with farmers and customers during deliveries. Represent Scout Seed Company with a positive attitude and excellent customer service. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Maintain delivery paperwork and shipping documentation. Keep truck and trailer clean and well maintained. Assist with warehouse duties and other team projects when deliveries are complete. QualificationsRequired Valid Class A CDL 3+ years of tractor-trailer driving experience Clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly Dependable, self-motivated, and punctual Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong work ethic with attention to detail Preferred Agricultural or farming experience Knowledge of seed, grain, or farm operations Forklift experience (or willingness to learn) What We're Looking For We're searching for someone who: Enjoys meeting and talking with farmers Has a positive, can-do attitude Takes pride in doing things the right way Works well independently Represents our company with professionalism and integrity Wants to be part of a growing agricultural business Compensation & Benefits $20-$30/hour depending on experience Plenty of overtime available Consistent full-time work Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding company Family-oriented work environment Modern equipment Why Scout Seed Company?
