Position Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated CDL Driver with dump truck experience to support our construction operations by safely and efficiently transporting materials to and from job sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong driving record, experience operating dump trucks in a construction environment, and a proactive approach to safety and site coordination. This position plays a critical role in keeping projects moving on schedule while maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate a dump truck to haul materials (dirt, gravel, asphalt, debris, etc.) to and from job sites Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues Load and unload materials in coordination with site crews and equipment operators Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations Maintain accurate logs, trip records, and delivery documentation Follow all site-specific safety protocols and job hazard procedures Communicate effectively with dispatch, project teams, and site supervisors Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle Adapt routes and schedules as needed based on job site demands Foster a culture of safety awareness and accountability on the road and on-site

Qualifications:

Valid Class A or B CDL required Minimum 2-3 years of experience operating a dump truck, preferably in construction or civil work Clean driving record required Knowledge of civil construction sites, equipment, and job site hazards a plus First Aid/CPR certification a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work across multiple job sites and adapt to changing conditions Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
