Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable Dump Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting materials to and from construction sites, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the dump truck. This role requires experience in heavy equipment operation and a strong understanding of construction site protocols. Responsibilities Operate a dump truck to transport materials such as soil, gravel, and asphalt to various construction sites. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in safe operating condition. Collaborate with site supervisors to determine material needs and delivery schedules. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including quantities and types of materials transported. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while on the job site. Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the dump truck. Qualifications Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record. Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, particularly with dump trucks, loaders, and grapple trucks. Familiarity with construction site operations and safety protocols. Ability to perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading materials. Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and supervisors. Willingness to work flexible hours as needed based on project demands.
