Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and reliable Dump Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting materials to and from job sites. This role requires excellent driving skills, a strong understanding of safety protocols, and the ability to handle various types of freight. Duties Operate dump trucks safely and efficiently to transport materials such as gravel, sand, or construction debris. Load and unload materials at designated locations, ensuring proper handling and securing of loads. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on the truck to ensure it is in good working condition. Navigate routes effectively while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. Maintain records of deliveries, including time logs and material quantities. Communicate with dispatchers regarding contractors, job sites, material sites... Experience Experience in truck driving, particularly with dump trucks or similar vehicles. Knowledge of freight handling procedures, including load securing techniques. A valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is required, with a minimum 2 years experience, and a clean driving record.
