Job Description

Job Description We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable Winch Truck Driver to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have oilfield experience, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety. This role is responsible for operating winch trucks to load, transport, and unload oilfield equipment. Responsibilities Operate winch truck safely and efficiently to load and transport oilfield equipment Secure loads and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company procedures Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment Maintain accurate logs and paperwork as required by DOT and company policy Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs as needed Follow all company and industry safety protocols Qualifications Valid CDL (Class A) with a clean driving record Experience operating a winch truck (preferred) Oilfield experience strongly preferred Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures Ability to work in all weather conditions and in a physically demanding role Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude Benefits Competitive pay (DOE) Overtime opportunities Health insurance options Paid time off (PTO) Training and advancement opportunities Stable, year-round work
