Job Overview Join our grounds maintenance team as a Snow Mover, where your energy and dedication will keep outdoor spaces safe, accessible, and maintained during winter months. In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently clearing snow and ice from pathways, driveways, parking lots, and other outdoor areas. Your proactive approach ensures safety for all visitors and staff. This position is an excellent opportunity for anyone that is laid off in the winter to make extra money. You only work when it snows. We also do lawn care in the summer if that is something that may interest you also. Duties Operate snow removal equipment such as Bobcats, pickup snow plows, blowers, shovels, and other groundkeeping tools to clear snow and ice from designated areas Apply salt or other de-icing materials to prevent ice formation and ensure safety during winter conditions Follow strict safety protocols to prevent accidents while operating machinery or working in icy conditions Requirements Ability to operate grounds maintenance equipment (Bobcats, pick up snow plows) safely and efficiently in winter conditions Physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks in cold weather environments for extended periods Must have a valid drivers license and be able to drive equipment and/or pickup trucks Join us in creating safe, outdoor, snow free lots.
