Black Sheep Oilfield Services, LLC is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Hotshot Driver located in Dickinson, ND. Black Sheep Oilfield Services, LLC is a Hotshot company that prides itself on efficiency and punctuality. The expectations for our Hotshot drivers include safety-minded, trustworthy, and a ready to work attitude. The Hotshot driver is responsible for loading, securing, and transporting loads and equipment using a pickup and trailer. Occasional out of state travel is required. This is an On-Call position.

Job Duties:

Safely travel to site, load, and secure load onto trailer Safely deliver secure load Ensure load securing equipment is maintained properly Understand and comply with company, customer, and health/safety policies, and any other regulations that are required Reports all incidents immediately Able to work in all weather conditions Performs other duties as directed by management Required Qualifications & Skills Experience operating a wide variety of equipment is preferred Must be able to work in fast-paced environment Must possess organizational and problem-solving skills Must be able to work with a team Must be able to lift 60 lbs. and handle physically demanding work Must be able to communicate using oral and basic written communication Must pass a Pre-Employment Drug & Alcohol screening and participate in the random testing pool Must pass a background check and motor vehicle record check Ability to follow FMCSA and DOT rules and regulations Maintain proper cleanliness of assigned equipment

Licenses & Certifications:

Valid Driver's License Class A CDL Clean MVR Education & Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 1 year preferred experience, will train the right candidate
