Express Employment Professionals of Fargo is seeking a motivated Salt Delivery & Sales Representative . This position combines delivery, install, and sales responsibilities. The ideal candidate will safely deliver products, insall water sofetners, and provide exceptional service while representing the company professionally. Schedule Monday through Friday Typically 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Pay $30.00 - $44.00 per hour Responsibilities Safely operate company vehicles for deliveries. Load, transport, and unload salt and related products. Install water softener systems Build and maintain positive customer relationships. Follow established delivery schedules and routes. Communicate customer feedback and sales opportunities to management. Provide outstanding customer service. Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and delivery areas. Represent the company professionally at all times. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record. Delivery, route sales, customer service, or related experience preferred. Ability to lift and handle salt products and related materials. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Physical Requirements Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of salt products. Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to enter and exit delivery vehicles throughout the day.
