AEPartners is hiring experienced Heavy Haul CDL-A Drivers to support oil and gas operations across North Dakota . Drivers will haul oversized and overweight oilfield equipment including drilling rigs, frac equipment, pipe, modules, and related freight. This position is ideal for safety-focused drivers with heavy haul experience who are comfortable working in challenging weather and oilfield conditions . Responsibilities Safely haul oversized and overweight oilfield loads to well sites, yards, and customer locations Operate heavy haul equipment including RGN, lowboy, step-deck, and multi-axle trailers Comply with DOT, FMCSA, and North Dakota regulations Follow permitted routes and coordinate with escort/pilot vehicles as required Properly secure loads using chains, binders, blocking, and bracing Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections Maintain accurate logs, permits, and delivery paperwork Communicate clearly with dispatch, escorts, and customers Shut down or delay operations when weather or road conditions are unsafe Requirements Valid CDL-A license ( Will train CDL drivers willing to learn) Minimum 2-3 years CDL-A driving experience Heavy haul / oversized load experience required Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background check Acceptable MVR and safety record per insurance guidelines Strong knowledge of heavy haul securement and permit compliance Comfortable working long hours and outdoors in all weather conditions
