Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Roll Off Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of commercial driving and be responsible for transporting roll-off containers to and from job sites. This role requires a commitment to safety, efficiency, and excellent customer service Duties Safely operate roll-off trucks to transport containers to designated locations. Load and unload containers, ensuring proper handling and securing of materials. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and any incidents that may occur during transport. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members regarding schedules and any issues encountered on the road. Perform routine maintenance on the truck as needed, utilizing mechanical knowledge to address minor repairs. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving. Skills Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid driver's license. Familiarity with operating a roll off truck Strong mechanical knowledge for performing basic maintenance on vehicles. Excellent time management skills to ensure timely deliveries. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
