40 hours per week Job Summary Water Engineering Inc is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Hazardous Materials Delivery Driver to provide timely, accurate, and compliant deliveries to our customers. This role requires excellent customer service, strict adherence to safety regulations, and close collaboration with dispatch and customers. Local Key Responsibilities Safely deliver hazardous materials and related products to customers Load and unload trailers independently Fill customer-owned tanks as assigned (pump-over operations) Inspect vehicles before and after use in accordance with DOT and company maintenance checklists Maintain accurate DOT and company vehicle documentation Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding hazardous materials and safe driving Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and internal teams Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately Maintain vehicle condition and ensure routine maintenance is completed Assist with warehouse duties as needed Perform additional duties as assigned Role Expectations Dependable attendance and punctuality Strict adherence to all safety rules and procedures Professional customer service and issue resolution Maintain required driver's license and Hazmat endorsements Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 1 year of verifiable driving experience within the past 4 years or completion of an accredited driving school Valid Class B CDL with Hazmat endorsement ( or higher) Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no moving violations) Basic computer proficiency Strong customer service skills Industry or chemical product knowledge preferred Work Environment This position is largely self-directed and requires adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Work environments may include exposure to moving mechanical parts, dust, noise, varying weather conditions, and chemicals. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move up to 60 pounds unassisted Ability to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl Prolonged sitting while driving Drivers are required to load and unload their own trailers Reasonable accommodations may be made for qualified individuals with disabilities #hc257909
