Subcontractor About Us 360 Transportation Services is a trusted provider of Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT), dedicated to ensuring safe, reliable, and compassionate transportation for our clients. We are expanding our team and seeking professional subcontractor drivers to join us in delivering exceptional service to the community. Position Overview As a subcontractor driver for 360 Transportation Services, you will transport clients to and from medical appointments, therapy sessions, and other essential destinations. This role requires reliability, strong customer service skills, and adherence to safety and compliance standards. Responsibilities
  • Safely transport clients in a timely manner while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
  • Assist clients entering and exiting vehicles, ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, dispatch, and healthcare providers as needed.
  • Use the dispatch app to accept ride assignments, track trip details, and report earnings per trip.
  • Maintain accurate trip logs and necessary documentation.
  • Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Report incidents, delays, or mechanical issues promptly to dispatch. Requirements
Valid Driver's License:
Must have a clean driving record.
  • Vehicle Requirements:
    Reliable, insured vehicle capable of transporting passengers.
  • Background Check:
    Must pass a background screening and drug test.
  • Smartphone:
    Ability to use a NEMT broker app for accepting trips and tracking earnings.
  • Experience:
    Previous driving experience (NEMT, rideshare, or delivery) preferred but not required.
  • Customer Service Skills:
    Friendly, respectful, and patient demeanor.
  • Availability:
    Flexible hours, including mornings and afternoons. Compensation
