This is a great opportunity for experienced CDL drivers looking for stability, local routes, and the ability to directly impact project success within a collaborative team environment. Tri Axle Dump Truck Driver Benefits & Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience. Local routes only, home every night. Supportive team environment with steady, year round work. Tri Axle Dump Truck Driver Requirements & Qualifications Valid CDL required Clean driving record and current DOT medical card 2+ years CDL driving experience Tri axle dump truck experience required Experience hauling construction materials (stone, dirt, asphalt, aggregate, etc.) Strong knowledge of load limits and DOT regulations. Ability to operate tailgate, tarp system, and dump controls safely. Willingness to work flexible hours as needed. Tri Axle Dump Truck Driver Preferred Background & Skills Background in construction or aggregate/materials hauling. Familiarity with local routes and job site deliveries. Basic mechanical knowledge of trucks and trailers. Tri Axle Dump Truck Driver Day to Day Responsibilities Safely operate a tri axle dump truck in all weather conditions. Load, tarp, transport, and dump construction materials at job sites. Ensure loads are within legal weight limits and properly secured, complying with all DOT regulations. Transport materials to and from job sites within a 20 to 30 mile radius. Complete pre trip and post trip inspections of truck and body. Maintain accurate delivery logs, material tickets, and communicate with dispatch regarding schedules. Promptly report any mechanical or safety issues.
