Job Description

Start your driving career in Atlantic City, New Jersey, with a role designed for new CDL A holders. 365 Freight USA is hiring recent graduates and newly licensed CDL A drivers for a paid 4-6 week mentor training program. You will ride and work alongside an experienced driver to learn the day-to-day flow of professional trucking before transitioning into solo driving. After training, drivers can earn $1,600-$1,800 weekly with full benefits. What we offer Paid training during the 4-6 week mentor period. Weekly earnings of $1,600-$1,800 after training completion. Direct deposit for weekly pay. Full benefits available after training. Practical, on-the-road guidance from an experienced mentor before assuming solo driving responsibilities. A structured path to help new drivers build confidence and experience safely. What you'll be doing Complete a paid 4-6 week mentor training period, learning daily driving routines and preparing to transition into solo driving. Ride with a mentor while assisting with pickups and deliveries and learning to manage loads safely and efficiently. Follow safe driving practices, complete required vehicle and pre-trip checks, and develop professional habits for over-the-road operations. Gain hands-on experience with trip flow, communication, and on-the-road decision-making as you progress from recent graduate to independent driver. What we're looking for Recent CDL A graduates or newly licensed CDL A drivers ready to move from classroom instruction into real-world driving.

Coachability:
accept and apply feedback from a mentor and learn through real-time instruction on the road.
Strong communication:
maintain regular contact with your mentor and dispatch, ask questions when needed, and communicate clearly. This position is based in Atlantic City, NJ. All activities must be performed in compliance with applicable federal and state regulations.
