Qualifications Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Passenger (P) endorsement required. High school diploma or GED required. At least two years of accident-free professional driving experience Required. Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening. This is a safety-sensitive position subject to drug and alcohol testing. DOT compliant. Must successfully complete the required State of New Jersey screening, including fingerprinting. Familiarity with Camden, Burlington, and Gloucester counties preferred. Ability to work effectively with riders of varying ages, abilities, communication styles, and support needs. Ability to exercise sound judgment, remain attentive in distracting environments, maintain confidentiality, follow directions, and respond calmly during stressful situations. Work indoors and outdoors in changing weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, and cold. Frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and use repetitive hand and arm movements. Bilingual or multilingual skills preferred.
