MERCHANDISER RELIEF ROUTE DRIVER
Sales Department

  • Monday thru Friday (normal business hours) First year income = $54,000

! 401K with company match Paid Holiday and PTO programs Job Responsibilities Merchandiser duties (85% of the position): Work with existing customer base to help drive sales and ensure great customer service Basic freezer maintenance and repairs to be completed as needed Help to install and remove Hershey owned freezers at customer's locations Relief Route Driver duties (15% of the position): Relieve route driver as needed (cover sick days, vacation days, etc) Unload, stock, and rotate products at retail customers Drop off and verify deliveries at corporate/foodservice customers Collect and Deposit client payments Complete Driver Safety Training
  • Drive and Operate delivery vehicles safely and courteously Territory is Northern and Central New Jersey Job Requirements High School Diploma or GED preferred Minimum age: 21 years of age Valid Driver's License and good driving record Must be able to pass pre-employment DOT physical and drug test Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the day Willingness to work routes as needed, including 10-12-hour days •Bilingual is preferred• Hershey's Ice Cream Enjoyed by millions since 1894, Hershey's Ice Cream is focused on producing innovative, high-quality products and providing industry leading service.
