CDL Driver Job Description We are seeking a reliable, safety-focused individual to perform local deliveries and assist with shop operations on a 1st shift schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Responsibilities Transport freight using both enclosed trailers and flatbeds. Ensure proper load securement practices are followed. Assist with shop operations and perform basic mechanical tasks when not driving. Perform deliveries for construction sites and customers. Conduct local deliveries in a safe and timely manner. Essential Skills Valid CDL Class A License with a clean driving record. Experience in driving enclosed vans/trailers and flatbed or step deck trailers. Knowledge of load securement, strapping, and transportation safety requirements. Basic mechanical aptitude for light repair or maintenance tasks. Strong work ethic and dependability. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work.
