CDL Dump Truck Driver Taylor-Robinson Services LLC is looking for an experienced, dependable CDL Dump Truck Driver to join our growing team. We are a construction, excavation, trucking, and property services company serving Southern New Jersey and surrounding areas. We are looking for a driver who takes pride in their work, operates equipment safely, and understands that reliability and professionalism are just as important as driving ability. Position CDL Dump Truck Driver - Tri-Axle Dump Truck Responsibilities Safely operate a tri-axle dump truck to and from job sites Haul dirt, stone, sand, asphalt, concrete, debris, and other construction materials Load and unload materials safely Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain accurate daily logs, mileage, delivery tickets, and paperwork Secure loads and comply with all applicable DOT requirements Communicate professionally with customers, dispatchers, contractors, and job-site personnel Assist with basic truck maintenance and keep the truck clean and presentable Report mechanical issues or safety concerns promptly Follow all company safety procedures and job-site requirements Work closely with excavation and construction crews when needed Be willing to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions Qualifications Valid CDL required Class A CDL preferred Clean and safe driving record Previous dump truck or heavy truck experience preferred Must be able to successfully pass a company truck/road test Manual transmission experience strongly preferred Ability to safely operate a manual-transmission dump truck Must be able to pass required DOT physical and drug/alcohol screening Must be dependable and have reliable transportation to work Ability to follow directions and communicate effectively Must have a strong work ethic and professional attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a construction crew Previous experience hauling construction materials is required Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate has experience operating tri-axle dump trucks , understands construction job sites, and is comfortable hauling materials throughout Southern New Jersey and surrounding areas. We are especially interested in drivers who have manual transmission experience but not required and are comfortable getting in and out of the truck throughout the workday.
