• Overtime Pay Weekly (Typical 55-65 Hour Work Week) About the Position We are a professional and growing tree installation company seeking dependable, hard‑working crew members.

This position is extremely labor‑intensive and physically demanding. Candidates must be fully prepared to manually load, unload, and maneuver heavy trees by hand on a daily basis. This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable with long hours, travel, and demanding physical work, and who take pride in doing the job correctly and professionally.

On the road Sunday through Thursday Overnight hotel stays provided by the company

Work Hours:

Willingness to work up to 7 days per week during peak season 12+ hour workdays are common Overtime available and paid Physical & Labor Requirements Must be able to lift and handle trees weighing up to 150 lbs Extremely labor‑intensive position involving constant physical activity Must be willing and able to load and unload heavy trees by hand Comfortable performing manual digging with shovels when machinery cannot be used Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions Driving Requirements Valid driver's license required Must be 21 years of age or older (interstate travel requirement) Clean driving record required Must be comfortable driving: Fully loaded trucks Trucks with trailers attached Long‑distance interstate routes 4 hour radius Experience & Skills Previous landscaping, tree work, or construction experience preferred Must be willing to operate an MT100 (training provided if no prior experience) Strong customer service and communication skills Fluent English required Key Responsibilities Loading and unloading trees, materials, and equipment Manual handling and placement of trees Operating machinery and equipment safely Digging holes and planting trees properly and efficiently Managing and maintaining tools and equipment Assisting with day‑to‑day job site operations Representing the company professionally with customers What We're Looking For Reliable, punctual, and safety‑focused Strong work ethic with the ability to handle demanding physical labor Willing to work long hours, travel extensively, and adapt to changing job sites Team‑oriented and professional Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Overtime pay provided Hotels provided during travel Opportunity for growth within a fast‑growing company If you are physically strong, dependable, and looking for a demanding but rewarding seasonal position, we encourage you to apply.

We give mandatory overtime weekly because we are on the road but we operate around 30 weeks out of the year. We travel Interstate so you must be 21. Are you 21 years or older? Do you have any points on your license or at-fault accidents within the last 5 years?
