Job Description:
As an Emerstone CDL B Delivery Driver, you will be delivering materials to local and regional customers using one of our many flatbed trucks Monday-Friday, with overtime potential. Boom experience is strongly preferred but not required. Responsibilities Operate trucks safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies. Transport freight across designated routes, ensuring timely delivery to customers. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, routes, and deliveries as required by regulations. Load and unload cargo using forklifts or other equipment as necessary. Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding route changes or delays. Ensure proper handling of various types of trailers, including flatbed, refrigerated, and tanker trailers. Follow all safety protocols while operating vehicles and handling freight. Requirements 1-year flatbed truck experience (preferred) Clean driving record with a valid Class B CDL Current Medical Certificate Why Emerstone?
