Thursday-Monday Shift starts between 11 PM-12 AM Position Details Semi-local position hauling all types of freight to retail stores No-touch freight Pick up loaded trailers via drop & hook at customer distribution centers Deliver to retail stores Deliveries include 2 Long Island stores (no NYC) Drop & hook and live unloads at customer locations Live loading/unloading at third-party backhaul locations Third-party backhaul pickups may be required throughout New England, New York, and New Jersey Mix of drop & hook and live unloads depending on store volume On-time pickup, transit, and delivery are critical 24/7 account operation Assigned automatic trucks Slip seating may be required when equipment is down Minimum Qualifications At least 21 years old 3 months verifiable similar tractor-trailer experience within the past 6 months, all with one carrier 6 months verifiable similar tractor-trailer experience within the past year 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience within the past 5 years No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years (PSP will count) No more than 3 minor DOT-recordable accidents/incidents in the past 3 years No failed drug/alcohol tests in the past 5 years Must have 1 year of safe driving after completing an SAP program Interested?
