Overview Complete Mechanical Solutions is looking for a reliable and motivated Driver / Shop Assistant to support our field operations and help keep our shop, warehouse, vehicles, materials, and equipment organized. This is a hands-on position that combines local driving, material handling, warehouse organization, and general support for our technicians and project managers. Responsibilities Pick up and deliver materials, tools, and equipment to jobsites throughout New Jersey and the NYC metro area. Pick up parts and materials from local suppliers and vendors. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment. Organize, clean, and maintain the warehouse and shop. Assist with inventory, stocking shelves, and tracking supplies. Help prepare and stage materials and equipment for upcoming jobs. Keep company vehicles clean, organized, and ready for use. Assist technicians and project managers with miscellaneous shop and field-support tasks as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must meet eligibility requirements to operate company vehicles under the company's commercial auto insurance policy. Ability to safely lift and move 50+ pounds. Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable driving throughout New Jersey and the NYC metro area. Forklift experience is a plus but not required. Construction, HVAC, plumbing, warehouse, or delivery experience is a plus.
