Your Role:

Drive our iconic blue trucks to visit customers, providing top-notch junk removal services that leave them smiling. Use your sales skills to enhance the customer experience and help us achieve our sales and KPI goals. Responsibly dispose of items through our recycling, donation, and waste management channels. Build strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional service and identify new sales opportunities.

Who We're Looking For:

Age:

Must be 21+ (for insurance purposes).

License:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (last 3 years).

Attitude:

Positive, friendly demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Metrics:

Comfortable with KPI metrics and revenue sales goals.

Physical Ability:
