Job Description

South Jersey drivers: consistent miles, great pay, and real home time are waiting. Blue Ridge Haulers is recruiting Class A CDL company drivers in the Sicklerville area. Run steady Northeast dry van routes during the week and head home every weekend for your full 34-hour reset.

Compensation Package:

Pay Rate:

$0.80 $0.85

CPM Weekly Average:

$1,400 $1,600 (Top drivers hit $1,850+)

Bonus Money:

$4,000 Sign-On Bonus + up to $0.03 CPM performance incentive

Extra Pay:

Progressive stop pay starting at $20; detention pay active after 2 hours

Operations & Equipment:

Freight:

Dry van, 100% No Touch (Combination of preloads and live loads)

Trucks:

Assigned late-model equipment (2021 or newer, strictly no slip-seating)

Mileage:

1,800 to 2,200 average weekly miles

Lanes:

Regional coverage from Northern NC up through Maine, extending west into Eastern Ohio. Occasional out-of-route runs offered to boost miles.

NYC Runs:

NYC routes available for higher payoutnever required.

Weekend Miles:

Stay out over the weekend to pick up additional freight if you want extra miles.

Schedules Available:

Sunday through Friday OR Monday through
