Full-Time / Multiple Shifts Available Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Employee Transport Driver to facilitate the daily commute of our warehouse and production teams. You will be the face of our commitment to our staff, ensuring that employees from the Paterson and Passaic areas arrive at the facility safely and on time for their shifts, and return home efficiently once their work is complete.

Key Responsibilities Safe Transportation:

Operate a multi-passenger vehicle to provide scheduled pickup and drop-off services for employees between designated locations in Paterson/Passaic and our facility.

Shift Transitions:

Execute mid-day and overnight "turnaround" runs. This includes dropping off departing shifts and simultaneously picking up arriving shifts to ensure seamless production transitions.

Route Management:

Adhere to strict timing and route schedules to ensure employees are present for shift start times.

Vehicle Maintenance:

Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (fluids, tires, lights, etc.) and report any mechanical issues immediately. Keep the vehicle interior clean and professional.

Safety Compliance:

Maintain a high standard of safety and follow all traffic laws and DOT regulations to ensure the well-being of all passengers.

Shift Schedules Afternoon Run:

Responsible for transporting the Day Shift home and picking up the Night Shift.

Overnight Run:

Responsible for transporting the Night Shift home and picking up the incoming Day Shift. Specific hours to be discussed during the interview; flexibility for overnight work is required.

Requirements & Qualifications Licensing:

CDL Class B is required with Passenger Endorsement.

Driving Record:

A clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no recent major infractions.

Experience:

Proven experience in professional passenger transport or bus driving is a plus.

Dependability:

Exceptional punctuality and a "reliable" track record are non-negotiable, as our production depends on your timely arrival.

Adaptability:

Comfortability working overnight shifts and navigating urban environments (Paterson/Passaic).

Communication:

Strong interpersonal skills to interact professionally with a diverse workforce. Physical Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods while driving.
