Duties:

• Tow Vehicles
• Change Tires
• Lockouts
• Conduct field service visits to customer locations
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
• Maintain accurate records of service activities and completed repairs
• Weekend flexibility

Skills:

• Know how to operate a flat bed tow truck
• Strong knowledge of towing vehicles
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Mechanical knowledge and ability to work with hand tools
