Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a CDL A Local/Regional Driver and take charge of delivering freight efficiently while staying close to home. This role offers an exciting opportunity be home more regularly as you haul freight locally and regionally with occasional overnights. As a vital link in our logistics chain, you will ensure timely deliveries, manage cargo handling with precision, and uphold the highest standards of customer service. Your expertise in driving, load management, and route navigation will drive our success forward! Responsibilities Safely operate tractor-trailers, tankers, and refrigerated trailers across local and regional routes. Comply with
DOT/FMCSA
Regulations Maintain accurate logs and daily paperwork Handle hazardous materials (Hazmat) and dangerous goods following hazardous materials regulations when required. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on trucks and trailers to identify maintenance needs or safety concerns. Qualifications Valid CDL A license with a clean driving record. 2+ Years proven experience tractor trailer driving Hazmat and Tanker Endorsment Familiarity with refrigerated trailers, dry vans, and hazmat regulations Knowledge of truck loading/unloading procedures and logistics cargo handling. Strong understanding of DOT regulations, FMCSA rules, hazardous materials regulations, and safety protocols. Excellent navigation skills using GPS navigation systems for efficient route planning.
