Job Description

The Trash Truck Driver is responsible for safely operating heavy commercial waste collection vehicles along designated residential or commercial routes to collect and transport refuse, recycling, or organic materials to local landfills and transfer stations. This physical, fast-paced role involves executing daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, maneuvering large vehicles through tight urban or suburban streets, and operating hydraulic lifting mechanisms or automated arms. Qualified candidates must possess a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class B or higher , maintain a clean driving record, and strictly adhere to all Department of Transportation (DOT) safety regulations and local traffic laws while delivering reliable customer service to the community.
