PAID TRAINING FOR NEW DRIVERS
Trainees and recent CDL graduates encouraged to apply $850 per week during training Train with experienced drivers before running solo Structured onboarding designed to build confidence and real-world experience Opportunity to transition into regular regional driving Tri-temp reefer experience preferred, but training is available
PAY & EARNING POTENTIAL
Average weekly earnings: $1,200 - $1,300 Mileage-based pay with experience progression Starting rate: $0.51 CPM Rate increases with experience, up to $0.63 CPM $30 short-haul pay on qualifying loads under 100 miles $10 stop pay for the first stop $15 stop pay for each additional stop Driver performance bonus opportunities Weekly direct deposit
ROUTES & HOME TIME
Regional operation based out of Los Lunas Routes across the Central, North Central, South Central and Western regions Approximately 2,000 miles per week Home once a week 34-hour weekly reset Day and night driving opportunities Holiday work may be required based on customer needs
