Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, social events, and other external activities in a well-maintained vehicle Verify resident identity and ensure proper documentation is completed for each trip Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including trip logs and mileage logs Ensure that all transportation services are provided in accordance with company policies and regulations Develop strong relationships with our residents, families, and healthcare providers Collaborate with the transportation team to ensure seamless scheduling and coordination of transportation services Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance knowledge and skills
