Job Description
Job Summary The Element Concrete & Aggregate, LLC Volumetric Mixer Driver is a specialist in on-demand, remote, on-site mixer operations.
E.C.A., LLC
provides training for this role. The role of the Volumetric Driver is to self-load cement, water and aggregate from a batch plant and provide remote, on-site concrete to the customer's specification. Volumetric Drivers must be capable of learning on-board vehicle systems such as computers, gates, chutes, and auger operations. The Volumetric Driver is responsible for maintaining proper slump (water content) of ready-mix concrete, pre and post operation inspections, services and cleaning of the vehicle. Expect irregular working hours depending on customer demands and start time varies daily. This position will report directly to theE.C.A., LLC
Dispatcher. Responsibilities Promote a positive, team-oriented culture focused on safety, efficiency, and service. Safely drive and operate Volumetric Mixer to transport and deliver concrete to various construction sites. Conduct thorough inspections of the vehicle before and after each trip to ensure safety and functionality. Load component materials into the mixer and unload it at the job site, ensuring proper handling and adherence to specifications. Maintain detailed logs of deliveries, equipment maintenance, safety inspections, and compliance documentation as required by DOT regulations.Skills Requirements Communication Skills:

Ability to utilize data systems to obtain specific / essential information Knowledge, Skills, Attributes Must possess a Class B Commercial Drivers' License at a minimum. Class A Commercial Drivers' License is preferred. Must possess, or be able to obtain, a current DOT Medical Qualification. Air brake skills test required for all vehicles that have air brakes. Must meet Driver Qualification Standards for the operating company.
