Job Summary Modern Cargo is hiring a reliable CDL-A driver for regional round-trip runs hauling temperature-controlled pharmaceuticals across the Western US. Drive a company-owned automatic Freightliner Cascadia sleeper -->Pay is the highlight here: Average $1,800-$2,000 a week, even on a slow week, you're guaranteed at least $1,500. Pay is $0.62/mile on every mile, including empty ones, plus bonus pay of $5 per delivery, an annual bonus, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus after 8 months. Truck, trailer, fuel, insurance, and maintenance are all covered. -->Load at are Sparks dock (pallet jack provided, pallets staged), deliver to multiple stops across the 11 western states, then head back for your next load. Loads run light- usually under 10,000 lbs with about 1,800-3,100 roundtrip miles a week. Expect heavy southern California delivery volume. -->

Requirements:

CDL-A with 1+ year experience, a valid Medical Card, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and get Hazmat certification or ability to obatain within 60 days of start.
