Job description We're hiring a Rideshare Driver to provide flexible transportation services, integrating seamlessly into our network of independent contractors. This role significantly impacts daily urban mobility by offering reliable rides and earnings potential, operating directly on the road in various locations with a flexible work mode.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport passengers to their destinations using the Uber Driver app, adhering to all traffic laws and company guidelines to ensure a positive user experience.
• Manage personal driving schedule and availability through the in-app calendar, optimizing peak hours and promotional offers to maximize daily and weekly earnings efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe vehicle environment, conducting regular checks and addressing passenger feedback to uphold service quality standards and driver ratings consistently. Job benefits
• Earn at least $1515 upon completing 150 trips in 30 days with Uber, providing a strong financial incentive for new independent drivers.

• At least one year of driving experience in the U.S. (3 years if under 23 years old) is required to ensure basic road familiarity and safety compliance.
• Possess a 4-door vehicle and a valid U.S. driver's license with current vehicle insurance, demonstrating compliance with basic operational and legal standards.
