Compliance Requirements:

– Possess a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets safety and insurance standards, with no disqualifying violations in the past 36 months as determined by company policy and applicable regulations.• – Compliance with the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse, including a clear record with no violations prohibiting operation of a commercial motor vehicle.•Disqualifying violations may include but are not limited to: driving under the influence (DUI), reckless driving, license suspension for traffic-related offenses, and repeated moving violations that indicate a pattern of unsafe driving behavior. Each applicant's record will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine eligibility.
