Saturday Availability Required Pay Range:
$18 / hour Keep Drivers Moving. Keep Details Organized. Support the Team. Join our team as a Driver Check-In Associate and play an important role in supporting our delivery operations. In this position, you'll be responsible for greeting drivers as they return from their routes, collecting and organizing delivery documentation and payments, reviewing paperwork for accuracy, and processing returned products and credits. We're looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while interacting with drivers throughout the day. What You'll Do As a Driver Check-In Associate, you will: Greet and check in drivers as they return from delivery routes Collect, organize, and review invoices, payments, and proof-of-delivery (POD) devices Handle cash and check payments in accordance with company procedures Follow internal procedures for processing and securing driver payments Review driver return documents for accuracy and completeness Identify and resolve discrepancies in paperwork, payments, or delivery documentation Process returned products and issue customer credits in the company system Maintain accurate and organized records and documentation Communicate with drivers and internal departments regarding delivery paperwork, payments, returns, and discrepancies Assist with additional administrative and operational duties as assigned by management What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous office, administrative, customer service, or similar experience preferred Comfortable working behind a desk while regularly interacting with drivers Basic computer skills and ability to learn company software and systems Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, a plus Ability to accurately handle cash, checks, and other payment documentation Ability to review paperwork carefully and identify discrepancies Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with generous Company Match Paid Vacation, Sick Time & Holidays Career growth and advancement opportunities Employee Marketplace discount Free on-site Chiropractor Free on-site Gym Free access to on-site Athletic Trainers Free lunch twice per week Why Join Our Team?
