Full Job Description:

Operates a tow truck and performs emergency roadside assistance. Responsible for providing safe solutions while ensuring positive customer experiences. Communicates with dispatcher for information about service requests. Inspects tow truck on a daily basis and performs maintenance as needed. Battery checks, jump starts, and tire changes. Loads and safely secures vehicles on tow truck. Accepts calls and responds to dispatch or members with ETA (estimated time of arrival) to destination. Keeps truck and equipment clean and well maintained. Support various fleet locations based on business needs to be flexible and work nights, extended hours, weekends, and holidays. Asks for assistance if unsure about a certain situation.

Job Qualifications:

Must be 21 years or older Must be able to reliably commute to and from work everyday Ability to pass a drug test and background check Clean driving record DOT physical (medical card) Must be trustworthy and dependable Ability to troubleshoot and quickly resolve issues
