Responsibilities Safely operate yard trucks with manual or automatic transmissions to load, unload, and reposition freight within the yard Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations Follow designated routes within the facility to move freight efficiently while adhering to safety protocols Assist with staging trailers for delivery or pickup, ensuring proper placement for smooth operations Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and trailer movements for operational tracking Requirements Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with experience in manual transmission vehicles Proven experience as a truck driver Familiarity with operating refrigerated trailers is highly desirable but willing to train Knowledge of safety regulations for commercial driving Strong attention to detail for vehicle inspections and documentation accuracy Physical ability to perform repetitive driving tasks

Hours:
