Class B CDL Driver, for delivery of animal feed, hay, and associated products. Neptune Feed & Saddlery is a family owned and operated feed and tack store, serving Long Island for more than thirty years. Professionalism and exceptional customer service are our top priority! We are seeking a full time driver to add to our team, starting immediately.

Drivers will be expected to:

• Assist in loading and unloading
• Repetitive lifting, in excess of 50lbs
• Work outside in all weather conditions
• Negotiate tight residential areas (1 to 2 years driving experience is preferred)
• Effectively and efficiently unload and organize product
• Communicate with customers and co-workers in a polite and productive manner Drivers will be sent with a helper, we expect the driver to be the leader of this team.

Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 5:00am to 1:00pm, but hours will vary day to day. There will be opportunities for overtime, especially from May through September. This is a labor intensive job, physically unloading your truck efficiently and effectively is the fundamental component to this position.
