• Local, full-time Class A driving position
• Approximately 1,409 miles per week
• Operate within approximately a 250-mile radius of Chester, NY
• Deliver fresh and frozen groceries to supermarkets and distribution centers in the Hudson Valley, the five NYC boroughs, Long Island, New Jersey, Connecticut and surrounding areas
• New drivers train before operating NYC routes independently
• Typically 15+ stops per week
• Usually up to two loads per day or one long load
• Mostly no-touch freight; customer unloads and driver assists as needed

Schedule:

Sunday-Thursday, five-day workweek, with two mandatory sixth days per month

• Start times generally between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM
• Day-cab equipment; 48-foot box trailers
• Daily home time Requirements
• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 3 months of trucking experience
• Personal, reliable transportation to and from work
• Strong customer-service skills
• Ability to assist with pallet-jack unloading when required
