We provide everything you need to hit the road with confidence, including your delivery vehicle, paid training, uniforms, and ongoing support from day one What You Will Do - Non CDL Delivery Driver Responsibilities Report to the warehouse each morning for route assignment and vehicle loadout Safely operate a company-provided delivery van along assigned delivery routes Load and unload packages at the warehouse and at delivery stops using proper manual handling techniques and equipment such as hand trucks Follow your navigated delivery route efficiently using a company-provided mobile device Complete pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance Deliver packages promptly and professionally, providing outstanding customer service at every stop Represent Star 4 Logistics as a reliable, friendly courier in the communities we serve Adhere to all traffic regulations and safe lifting practices throughout your shift Return to the warehouse at the end of your route to complete end-of-day procedure

Benefits:

$23.50-$24.00 per hour Weekly pay 4-day work week (32-40 hours) is typical A minimum of 2 paid 15-minute breaks during your shift and 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break. Delivery Driver Skills and Qualifications:

Able to lift up-to 50 lbs. Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly Able to work well alone as a delivery driver Customer focused Positive attitude and professional demeanor Highly responsible & reliable delivery driver Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Ability to work cohesively as part of a team No recent moving or driving violations (clean driving record) Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc.) Listening and verbal communication skills Dependability (dependable transportation to and from work location) Must beat least 21 years old Valid drivers license (Preferably New York or Vermont Issued) Authorized to work in the United States Must be able to speak english, read English and write english
