In this energetic role, you will operate snowplow trucks equipped with pickup beds to clear snow and ice from roads, driveways, parking lots, and walkways. Your expertise will ensure that community members, employees, and visitors can move safely and efficiently, even in challenging winter conditions. This position offers an opportunity to showcase your driving skills while contributing to the safety and functionality of our outdoor environments. Responsibilities Safely operate snowplow trucks with pickup beds to remove snow and ice from designated areas. Conduct pre-operation inspections of vehicles, including checking mechanical systems and safety features. Follow established routes and schedules to ensure timely snow removal across multiple sites. Apply de-icing materials effectively to prevent ice buildup and enhance safety. Maintain detailed logs of work performed, including areas cleared and materials used. Experience Prior outdoor work experience, especially in groundskeeping or landscaping, is highly desirable. Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle operation and maintenance is a plus.
